Heard of 75 Hard? Me too and it’s hard, too hard. So, I ‘mod’ified it to give myself a fighting chance to finish the dang thing. In this episode I’m your host and your guest talking about my latest lifestyle reset…my DIY 75 MOD. This means a gallon of water a day (nothing else – no coffee, no alcohol), a 45 minute workout a day, at least 10 pages of a non-fiction paper book a day, a progress picture a day, and clean eating/no ultra processed foods – all for a stretch of 85 days including 10 grace days in case I need the break for life’s tough days.
